• School groups from Italian state and non-state institutions, as well as from other European Union countries, accompanied by their teachers, upon prior email reservation at infopoint@discoverarezzo.com

• Tourist guides and tour leaders licensed to practice in an EU country whether they accompany a group or not. It will be sufficient for them to show their card at the ticket office for the free ticket to be issued.

Disabled

Any person with a disability has the right to free priority access for themselves and for a companion if this is provided for in the certificate of disability. It will therefore be sufficient to go to the entrance and the staff will take care of all the needs.

Groups

In case of groups (more than 10 people) coordinated and assisted by an authorized or not authorized tour guide, it is necessary to book by writing an email to infopoint@discoverarezzo.com
