• With one transaction, visitors can purchase a maximum of 10 tickets per museum.
• Ticket availability is subject to change until the transaction is completed through payment.
• The purchase of the ticket is finalised upon making the payment and subsequent confirmation of the successful transaction.
• Once the transaction is completed with payment, it is no longer possible to change or cancel the booking.
• Payment can be made by credit card VISA, MasterCard, following the instructions available on the website.
• The credit card transaction takes place through the online ticketing system which uses BANCA SELLA’s secure server, at no stage of the purchase process are the ticketing system or back-office staff members able to know the customer’s credit card number, the sending and exchange of data takes place on a secure and encrypted internet connection according to the most advanced service management standards.
• A booking fee of € 3.00 per ticket issued will be charged for each transaction online and/or through the reseller network.
Purchase confirmation
If the payment is successful, the system displays confirmation of the purchase containing the transaction identification code.
At the same time, the customer receives an e-mail confirming the purchase with the purchased ticket in the requested quantity and an indication of the type of tickets purchased and the price paid.
