Museum of Communication Media
Sound, Writing, Image. A “Museum for Everyone”
The museum, located in the oldest part of the city within the Palazzo Comunale, presents a journey focused on the history of telecommunications. It features instruments from the period before the birth of cinema, leading up to movie cameras and projectors. Tools for sound reproduction, telegraphy, writing, and calculation guide visitors through the discovery of modern technologies such as radios, TVs, computers, and cell phones. The museum boasts a rich collection of around two thousand machines, instruments, and devices that narrate the history of communication.
